Yes. Our towels have absorbent terry loops for drying off after a swim or shower, and our MARE and SOLEA peshtemals are flat-woven, light and quick to dry.

Our DELMOR, MARIS and OCEAN towels have two different sides. The terry side is soft and absorbent, for drying off after a swim.

The flat-woven side is smoother and lighter, so you can lie on it at the beach or by the pool.

Machine wash at 30 °C with similar colors. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Line dry in the shade. Iron on low if needed. Do not dry clean.

Because the color is in the fiber itself, it is not a surface treatment. Following these care instructions helps keep the colors bright.

By washing your towel less often, you will extend its life and use less water and energy at home.

Here’s a quick overview of our fabrics:

1. Beach and pool & spa towels (320 g/m²)

Weight: DELMOR, DELMOR FIT, MARIS, OCEAN, CALM and CALM FIT are woven at 320 g/m², a balance of absorbency and comfort that still folds easily for the beach.

Packaging: Each towel comes in its own knitted package, made from yarn left over from making it.


2. MARE and SOLEA peshtemals (180–190 g/m²):

Weight: MARE is 180 g/m² and SOLEA 190 g/m², flat-woven like a traditional hammam peshtemal.

Versatility: Their lighter weight makes them versatile for various uses, from a beach towel to a wrap or a picnic blanket.

Packaging: Each peshtemal also comes in its own knitted package and rolls small in your bag.

Recycled cotton replaces newly grown cotton, so your towel avoids the irrigation water that cotton would have needed.

The polyester comes from recycled PET bottles. There is no dyeing step.

Yes, our towels carry the following certifications:

1. Global Recycled Standard (GRS): GRS (Control Union, licence CU1118994) verifies the recycled content and its chain of custody through every certified stage of production.

2. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100: Certificate 22.HTR.35921 (Hohenstein) means the articles have been tested for harmful substances.

3. Vegan Certification: Vegan & Vegetarian certified (Vertacert, ISO-NAP 7:2018).

MARE and SOLEA peshtemals are also certified to the Organic Content Standard (OCS) for their organic cotton content.

No dyeing step: color comes from the recycled fibers. The only finishing step uses GOTS-approved REVECOL® softeners by ERCA, made from recycled cooking oil, and every towel is tested for harmful substances (OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100).
