Color Without Dye

Most towels are colored after the fibers are produced. DELMOR begins with recovered textile fibers that already carry color.

The fibers are carefully sorted by shade and combined to create the final color and cabana stripes. The color comes from the materials themselves—not from a dye bath.

No dyeing step: color comes from the recycled fibers. The only finishing step uses GOTS-approved REVECOL® softeners by ERCA, made from recycled cooking oil, and every towel is tested for harmful substances (OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100).

✓ Color created from recovered fibers
✓ No dyeing stage
✓ No water-intensive dye bath

This is Color Without Dye.

Product-Specific Knitted Package

Like every textile process, towel production leaves a small amount of yarn behind. We turn the remaining DELMOR yarns into a knitted package tailored to the product.

Color-matched to the towel and finished with water-based printing, it can be used for carrying, storing, or gifting. It keeps material within the product system and makes the packaging part of the design—not an afterthought.

Scan to Trace

The QR code shown here opens a sample traceability record. When your towel arrives, scan the QR code on its label to access the Digital Passport of the product you received.

How the Digital Passport works

Certified & Traceable

DELMOR is certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, providing independent verification of its recycled content and testing for harmful substances.

✓ GRS — verified recycled content
✓ OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 — tested for harmful substances.

A Box Designed to Stay

Every Green Petition order arrives in an upcycled box made from recovered printing waste. A removable paper sleeve protects it during transit, so the box inside reaches you clean and ready to use again.

Keep it for storage, organizing small items, or whatever purpose comes next. When you no longer need it, recycle it with paper.

Available in single-product and bundle sizes, the box is included as a standard part of every order. Scan the QR code on the box to discover its material story through Papers Upcycled.

Questions & Answers

The colors come from carefully sorted recovered textile fibers, not from a dye bath. No dyes are added during production.

Because the color is in the fiber itself rather than a surface treatment, it is made to last. To keep it at its best, wash at 30 °C and line dry in the shade.

Both share the same recycled materials and construction. DELMOR is the full-size 100 × 180 cm beach towel (approx. 576 g); DELMOR FIT is the compact 76 × 142 cm size (approx. 345 g).

Beach days, poolside lounging, travel and everyday use. The terry-loop side dries, while the smoother plain side keeps it light for its generous size.
