Shipping Policy

At Green Petition, we aim to prepare and deliver every order with care. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping options, tracking, and other important delivery information.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order confirmation email is sent. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Personalized or custom orders may require up to 3 additional business days for processing. Any different production timeline will be communicated separately.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

United States Shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $69 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. For orders below this threshold, available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

European Union Shipping

Orders delivered to supported European Union destinations qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal after discounts reaches $69 USD or its equivalent in the applicable local currency. For orders below this threshold, available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Other International Destinations

Green Petition ships to selected destinations outside the United States and European Union. Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times may vary by market. The applicable options will be displayed at checkout after the customer enters a delivery address.

Duties and Import Taxes

For online retail orders, applicable import duties, customs charges, and import taxes are covered by Green Petition.

Customers will not be asked to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery. This policy applies to standard online retail purchases and may not apply to wholesale, corporate, or custom orders governed by separate commercial terms.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from the Green Petition location best suited to the destination and product availability.

In some cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation and tracking number. Separate shipments will not result in additional shipping charges beyond the amount confirmed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and local delivery circumstances.

Green Petition does not currently offer local, office, or in-store pickup.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If the estimated delivery period has passed and your order has not arrived, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number. We will be happy to investigate the shipment.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Green Petition is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be sent again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you.
