1a- POSTCONSUMER PET Bottles turn to fibers.

This process is carried out in certified and registered facilities.

FABRIC TO FIBER (COTTON)

1b- PRECONSUMER Leftover cotton fabrics physically turn to COLORED Fibers. NO DYE PROCESS.

This process is carried out in certified and registered facilities.

FIBER TO YARN

2- The fibers are then physically transformed into yarns of suitable color and quality.

Unique blending recipes are prepared to produce yarns with the desired properties.

3-These specially produced yarns are then transformed into the unique GREEN PETITON fabrics.

Made from recycled fibers. Colored without dye. Fully traceable through a digital record.

4- At this stage, the products are treated with a special cleaner obtained by recycling waste cooking oils.

Apart from this process, no clean water is consumed at any stage of production.

*The amount of clean water used here is on average 80% less than in classic production methods.
